"The story begins with my childhood friend's mom, Isadore Nell. She always made us cakes and other confectionaries when we were kids after long days of playing soccer in the street.

On one specific day, I stayed behind and observed her as she prepared the dough to bake; so I could learn I started learning how she prepared the cake, thus gave me a recipe to try out at home. That's where the interest in baking started. A hobby it became, grew into love, then a need, and a passion..." Auryl Greyeno Rusberg, owner and founder of Grey's Cakes, took this passion to greater heights by learning the industry and everything it entailed; from researching, meeting bakers from the same trait, and various trials.

Grey's Cakes is now a thriving small business continuing to create custom cakes, sweet treats, and desserts.
